How To Use

The Assembly Process of Lithium-ion Battery

01. Cut the insulating board

According to the size of the hole, calculate the distance and cut the insulating board.

02. Connect and weld the wires

Connecting the voltage collection wire, use the insulating silicone to fix the battery packs again.

03. Fix the battery packs as a whole

Using the insulating plates as the outer casing instead of steel plates is to guarantee the well combination of the battery bells.
