1. The transformer should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment free of harmful fumes and vapors, corrosive dust, water vapor, fumes, severe humidity, and dripping water.

The wiring of SG series transformer

1. The cross-sectional wiring of the transformer input and output power lines should meet the current value requirements of their corresponding capacities;

2. The input and output three-phase power lines should be connected to the A, B and C phases of the busbar of the transformer wiring board: yellow, green, and red. Line and transformer shell (the transformer has a shell, which should correspond to the fragrance mark).

No-load inspection and operation of SG series transformer

1. Please test the insulation resistance of the transformer with a megameter before power on. The resistance of the iron core to the winding should be ≥ 2MΩ;

2. According to the random matching schematic diagram that check the input and output wiring should be accurate;

3. After the above test is completed that can be energized without load and test (or observe) whether the voltage at the input and output terminals meets the requirements;
