KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer

KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer for mine is abbreviated as mine flame-proof transformer or explosion-proof transformer, which is a kind of underground power supply and transformation device with explosion-proof function. It is suitable for mines with explosion hazards such as methane mixed gas and coal dust. The 6KV, 10KV power supply is converted into 400 (380), 693 (660), 1200 (1140), 3450 (3300) V low voltage power supply required in coal mines. The KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer has a total of more than 20 capacity levels from 50KVA to 8000KVA.

The box shell of KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer has two structures, one is a top-open box shell explosion-proof structure for products with a capacity of 800KVA and above. The other is a box shell explosion-proof structure with both ends open. It is used for products with a capacity of 630KVA and below. Both sides of the shell are corrugated steel plates, and the upper and lower sides are made of arc steel plates, so that the box has sufficient mechanical strength and good heat dissipation. KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer box is made of 4mm steel plate and has excellent flameproof performance.

The KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer iron core uses high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet and full-automatic oblique shear line cutting to ensure the accuracy and burr of the iron core and effectively reduce the no-load current and no-load loss. The iron core adopts a special process for high temperature and rust resistance treatment, and the iron core is solidified with a high temperature resistant epoxy resin as a whole which effectively reduces noise. The iron core adopts multi-step stepped full diagonal joints, and the upper and lower iron yokes are fastened with drawstrings. The structure is advanced, compact and reliable.

KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer body coils are formed of high-quality oxygen-free copper through more advanced copper extrusion equipment at one time, which makes the inside of the wire more compact, the surface is uniform, and there is no burr. The wire is wound by the same mold and invaded by vacuum pressure which effectively improves the mechanical strength and moisture resistance of the coil. The low voltage and high current transformer adopts platinum winding, which greatly improves the short circuit resistance.

The high-voltage lead cable of the KBSG type explosion-proof dry-type transformer is led out. The high-voltage lead adopts the cold extrusion process to improve the insulation performance of the product. The low-voltage adopts the high-quality oxygen-free copper bar.
