Ztelecgroup Team-Building at Chongdugou: Unity Amid Mountains and Rivers

To enrich employees’ cultural life and strengthen team cohesion, on August 14, our company organized a themed team-building event at Chongdugou for all staff. Over the three-day trip, everyone released their energy amidst the mountains and rivers, deepened friendships through collaboration, and fully experienced the company’s humanistic care and the warm power of teamwork.

Day 1: River Rafting

Upon arrival at Chongdugou, the first activity was rafting. Everyone put on life jackets and boarded inflatable rafts in groups to navigate the river. In the fast-flowing sections, the rafts rocked up and down and turned left and right, filling the scene with shouts and laughter. In calmer waters, team members paddled together and playfully splashed water at people in other rafts. By the time we finished rafting and returned to shore, everyone’s clothes were wet, but smiles lit up every face.

Day 2: Mountain Hiking

On the second morning, the team split into nine groups to hike to the mountain summit. Along the way, team members supported one another, shared food and water, and those with more stamina helped carry others’ luggage while those familiar with the route led the way. Team tasks were arranged during the hike, requiring everyone to think together and complete photo challenges collaboratively. Each group reached the summit in turn, feeling a great sense of achievement as they admired the surrounding mountain scenery.

Day 3: Leisure Strolls

The final day was reserved for free activities, allowing everyone to explore the scenic area according to their interests. Some strolled along bamboo-lined paths taking photos with their phones; some played by the creek with their children; others visited other popular spots in the scenic area. Everyone returned with joyful memories.

During this trip to Chongdugou, we released our energy amid nature and strengthened our bonds through teamwork. Carrying the happiness and tacit understanding gained from this experience, the team will return to work with renewed energy, ready to embark on the next journey together!
