Ztelecgroup Annual Gala Successfully Held

On February 9, Ztelecgroup held its themed annual meeting as scheduled. Colleagues from across the company gathered together to review the past year’s work and look ahead to plans for the new year.

The annual gala opened with a video that captured moments of the team overcoming challenges and making steady progress, vividly connecting the key milestones of the year.

In his address, Group General Manager Mr. Zhang stated: “Over the past year, we have achieved a number of important breakthroughs in our professional fields, and our market influence has continued to grow. These achievements are inseparable from the dedication of every colleague.”

Following this, Ztelecgroup General Manager Mr. Yao remarked: “Every achievement we made in 2025 was the result of close collaboration and hard work across the team. In the new year, we will remain focused on breakthroughs and continue to create greater value for our customers.”

The awards ceremony then brought the atmosphere to a peak. Honors such as the “Best Growth Award,” “Outstanding Employee Award,” and “Outstanding Team Award” were presented one after another. Award-winning teams and individuals came on stage to receive recognition. One representative shared, “This recognition encourages us to keep striving forward.”

The dinner segment was lively and engaging. Performances showcased colleagues’ talents beyond their daily work—energetic dance routines, humorous skits that sparked shared laughter and memories, and a lucky draw filled with pleasant surprises. The prizes reflected the company’s appreciation and care for its employees.

During the strategic outlook session, Zhang Honglei, the  Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech affirming the company’s progress: “Over the past year, Ztelecgroup has demonstrated strong innovation capabilities and steady development momentum. Our achievements stem from a commitment to long-term strategy and a strong focus on core competencies.” He added, “In the coming year, the Group will continue to provide full support and strong backing for Ztelecgroup’s development.”

As the event drew to a close, smiles and anticipation blended into a warm and memorable scene—where every contribution was acknowledged and every step forward remembered. United in purpose, the team is ready to set out once again.
