1. Transformer Insulation End Rings and Spacers

In oil-immersed transformers, the winding ends need to withstand axial clamping forces and electric field stresses.

Applications: EPGC 202 is often processed into end rings (pressure rings) and insulation spacers.

1. Isolation Plates and Arc Separators

In air-insulated switchgear, insulating components are required between phases and between phase and ground.

This material has flame-retardant properties. In the event of an internal arc fault, it can provide a certain degree of isolation, reducing arc propagation, and also helps prevent foreign objects from contacting live parts.

2. Circuit Breaker Mounting Base

Frame-type circuit breakers or fixed vacuum contactors need to be mounted on a base.

Applications: As a mounting base.

Using EPGC 202 insulating board as a base simplifies the equipment structure and allows it to withstand the mechanical forces generated during circuit breaker opening and closing.

3. Insulated Linkage Rods in Operating Mechanisms

Some switchgear operating mechanisms require the transmission of torque via linkage rods while maintaining insulation from live parts.

This material possesses certain tensile and torsional strength, enabling it to transmit operating forces and meet the requirements of mechanical operation.

The copper busbars inside the switchgear require support and fixation components.

Applications: Used for busbar clamps and support beams.

Its mechanical strength and low moisture absorption allow it to maintain stable surface resistance in humid environments, helping to prevent creepage.
